IPS, Inc. has developed a new internet-based application service, called Custom DNC™, which can provide any business or organization a Do Not Call facility, giving groups advanced management of Do Not Call subscribers. For subscribers, the Do Not Call service provides an online tool for subscribing their contact information, posting complaints and posting a topic to a threaded discussion forum for open debate. For developers, the Custom DNC™ Enterprise Framework provides a MVC approach to the Do Not Call service using such enterprise technologies as JAVA, JSP, XML and MySQL.

The Need

Many organizations and businesses, including government agencies, need a way to collect information about people who do not wish to be called.  The organizations can then take this information and distribute it to telemarketing groups and call centers.  Additionally, groups have a need to ensure that the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) National Do Not Call list regulations and similar Do Not Call regulations are adhered to.

• Integration of Payment Gateway for secure online payments and recurring payments.

• Deployment of the application in the IPS Data Center on enterprise servers, including redundant data storage and backup management for emergency recovery. Deploying advanced security features to prevent compromise attempts. Providing remote access for administrators.

Cost of Custom DNC™ is relative to the amount of customization that is required by the organization, the payment gateway solution chosen, and the amount of infrastructure required to deploy the application.  All development is billed on an hourly basis.  Infrastructure cost is developed based on the requirements.
