Start communicating PROFESSIONALLY with your own business-class e-mail (you@yourbusiness.com).

Does your business e-mail address end in @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com, @msn.com, or something similiar?  Did you know that each time you send an e-mail which ends in any company name, other than your own, you are providing free advertisting for those companies?  Why are you advertising for those multi-million dollar companies when your company needs all the business it can get?

Additionally, did you know that whenever you send an e-mail, individuals and companies look at the e-mail address to see what your business or organization offers.  For example, if you were selling insurance and your name is "John Smith", a customer would instantly recognize your e-mail if it read john@smithinsurance.com.  However, if it read john_S4567@yahoo.com, the customer may well discard your e-mail thinking that it is unsolicited e-mail, known as SPAM.
